History

Having started small, in 2016 with just a few self funded property developments, building our way up by completing a multitude of developments, from block splitters with relocatable houses, larger land subdivisions to specialised multiple dwelling rooming accommodation and more. How far we have come!

Our complementary skills of site procurement, negotiation, planning, design, building, project management, budgeting and business experience have allowed us to deliver a variety of projects fast, ontime and on budget again and again.

Quality

Edward and Gerard are both licenced builders and put an emphasis on quality. Prior to developing both have trades backgrounds, giving them access to years of knowledge to be able to complete the construction phase with their in-house team. They execute projects quickly and effectively in short time frames without compromising on quality.

Edward Dillon

Director

Ed has over 19 years experience in the construction industry, and purchased his first investment property at age 19, since then Ed has developed a unique expertise in multi-residential, high cash flow properties. Ed’s focus is on development strategy, site acquisition, negotiation and design. He has worked & spent time with from a young age a multitude of successful property developers and investors consistently drawing from their knowledge and teams in the industry these mentorships have helped guide and build a great team around him.

Gerard Allen

Director

Gerard is a qualified builder with over 17 years of experience in the building and construction industry. He specialises in project delivery and site management. Having 15 years of experience in property ownership and management buying his first property in 2008 at the age of 20 .He then moved to Brisbane in 2018 to join Ed Dillon in developing and investing in property in South East Queensland. Specializing in delivering projects quickly, on time and on budget. Gerard excelled in the construction industry and winning national awards and a BBM leadership scholarship to England and is a national judge of Worldskills Australia. He was appointed to the MBA (Master Builder Association) executive board as the youngest ever board member in 2016 and served for 3 years.
