Rooming accommodation is one of the most strictly enforced building types under the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
Especially Class 3 buildings, all our work is fully certified and have approval from the Fire brigade, Local Council and The State Government.
Inspections by each of these are required before opening and operating rooming accommodation and then re-inspections are required at minimum of every 3 years to continue operate.
